By buying from PLR Shipped, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll fix the wording.

1. What you're buying

Done-for-you PDF ebooks with Private Label Rights (PLR). You receive each PDF as a digital download via Lemon Squeezy after payment. No physical product. No shipping.

2. What PLR rights mean here

• You may edit, rebrand, and resell each PDF as your own work.
• You may sell on any platform you control (your site, Gumroad, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon KDP, etc.).
• You keep 100% of what you collect from your customers. We take nothing from your downstream sales.
• You may NOT resell the PLR rights themselves (i.e. you can't sell "PLR ebooks with PLR" to your customers). End buyers receive a finished product, not a license to resell again.
• You may NOT submit the PDFs as-is to academic or government work where authorship is required.
• You may NOT claim the PDFs were written without AI assistance (see AI Disclosure).

3. Pricing

• $7 Starter Pack — 3 PDFs of your choice.
• $27 Bundle — all 30 PDFs + 30 covers.
• $97/month Monthly Drop — 5 new PDFs + covers + sales copy each month. First month includes the 30-pack.

All prices in USD. Prices may change for new orders; existing subscribers stay at their original rate as long as the subscription is active.

7-day refund window. See Refund Policy for details.

5. No guarantees on your results

We don't guarantee you will make any money reselling these PDFs. Income depends on your effort, audience, marketing, and platform. We make no claims of "easy passive income."

6. Account responsibility

Don't share your download links. If we detect abuse (mass-sharing the download URL, scraping the store), we may suspend access without refund.

7. Subscriptions

Monthly Drop renews automatically on the same date each month. Cancel anytime in your Lemon Squeezy account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email notice. Continued use after the change means acceptance.

9. Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, missed opportunities). Our maximum direct liability is the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Use at your own risk.

10. Law

These terms run under the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes go to small claims court in Travis County if under $10,000, otherwise to binding arbitration in Austin.
