Refund Policy

7-day window, no questions
You get a 7-day refund window from the moment you pay. Email hello@plrshipped.com with the subject line "Refund" and the address you used at checkout. We process it within 24 hours. Money goes back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
You don't have to explain
Reasons aren't required. If you change your mind, ask. We'd rather refund $7 than have a customer who feels stuck.
The exceptions
- Monthly Drop after the first month: the first month is fully refundable. From month 2 onward we don't refund prior months, but you can cancel anytime in your Lemon Squeezy account and you won't be billed again.
- Chargebacks: if you dispute the charge with your bank instead of emailing us, we may decline future orders from the same address. Just ask first.
What you keep after a refund
If you refund, you agree to delete the PDFs from your devices and stop reselling them. We don't audit this, but the resale license terminates when the refund clears.
