What we collect

• Email address — to deliver your PDFs and send a receipt.
• Payment record — Lemon Squeezy holds your card details, not us. We see the order ID, amount, and country.
• IP address — logged briefly to block fraudulent orders.
• Anonymous page analytics — pages visited, time on page, device type. No personal identifiers.

What we don't do

• Sell your data to anyone.
• Share it with ad networks or data brokers.
• Use retargeting pixels or third-party tracking pixels.
• Profile you across other sites.

Who else sees your data

• Lemon Squeezy — handles payments and license delivery. Their privacy policy applies to checkout. They are PCI-compliant.
• Vercel — hosts this site. Standard request logs only.
• Email provider — delivers your receipt and download link. We use a single transactional sender; no marketing lists shared.

How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years (tax law). Email address as long as you're a customer; deleted on request. Server logs rotated every 30 days.

Your rights

Email hello@plrshipped.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We action requests within 7 days.

Kids

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Updates

If we change this policy materially, customers get an email. Older versions kept in the site repo for audit.
